Pro-xl Red Iron

Iron (Fe) is an essential trace element for all plants. It is a component of enzymes and proteins. Without iron a plant can’t produce chlorophyll, can’t get oxygen and won’t be green. Iron, helps to carry important elements through a plant’s circulatory system. In an optimal culture, it is important that the plant may have sufficient iron.

Basically there are 2 types of iron used in plant nutrition, Red and Yellow one. The RED Iron is the high quality fully absorbable one, instead of the lower quality yellow Iron (the most commonly used by nutrient brands).

Important

Too much Iron blocks the absorption by the plant of other important elements like Calcium and Magnesium (necessary for a strong cell structure). The right dose is key.

Application

In case of moderate missing: 0.75 ml per 1 liter. In case of normal fault: 1 ml per 1 liter. In case of serious misconduct: 2 ml per 1 liter. Content: 6% iron.

DEFICIENCY
Not enough Iron shows as yellow or white areas on youngest leaves. Older leaves remain green. Veins typically green.
